Important Notes:

ID Proof Required: Each traveler must carry a valid government-issued Aadhar card for temple entry and darshan registration.
Dharma Darshan (Free Entry): The tour includes Sarva Darshan (Free Darshan) tickets. Waiting time may vary based on crowd levels. VIP or Special Entry Darshan is not included by default but can be arranged at extra cost (subject to availability).
Meals Provided: Only 1 breakfast and 1 lunch (vegetarian) are included. Other personal expenses like snacks, additional meals, or drinks are excluded.
Children Policy: Children above 5 years will be charged full price. Please inform in advance if traveling with infants or elderly for better arrangements.
Fresh-Up Time: A 1-hour fresh-up facility is provided upon arrival in Tirupati at a standard hotel. Full room stay is not included.
Laddu Prasadam: One free laddu is provided per person. Extra laddus can be purchased at the temple counter.
Footwear & Dress Code: Devotees must leave footwear outside temple premises. Traditional dress is recommended (men: dhoti/shirt; women: saree/salwar).
Bus Timings & Boarding Points:: Final bus timings and boarding points from Erode will be shared 24 hours prior to departure.
Kalahasti Temple: Not included by default. Can be arranged if time permits with additional charges.
No Refund Policy: Once booked, cancellations may attract no refund or partial refund based on time of cancellation.
